Synopsis
Anne is a loner among the other mums watching junior football until she meets Elli, guiltily neglected by Bob, her workaholic husband. Dave, her husband, is apathetic in all matters save football. Perhaps a meeting with Bob would boost his non-existent career. But Bob is unaware his talented son has deserted his favourite team for their archrivals and Elli wants to keep it that way. As Anne’s plots entangle them all, the two rival teams head for a cup clash that Bob is determined to attend.
